friends only journal

I've made this a friends only journal.

I'm not an incredibly secretive person, and it's not that I think what I write is so fabulous or controversial that it must be hidden from view. It's just that I write about a lot of very personal stuff and I like to keep tabs on who's reading it.

If you'd like to read my journal, please comment and I'll be happy to add you.

No.. there's no real fast and easy way to do it. You have to use the edit tool to go back and change all your entries from public to friends only. Took me all morning... lol

I added you to my friends list... where are you in the area? Your dogs are ADORABLE!!! I have a golden too but he lives with my 'rents on the other side of the country. I have two cats, but really, I'm a total dog person.

I have such a crush on Jimmy, it's silly. I'm headed to NYC to try and get into the SNL that's on the third.

Hmm.... three common interests, and only one of them involves Bobby from The Practice. But hey! Two are adjacent on your list. But let's face it, cats and cooking don't usually go together well. Especially when cans are to be opened.

I like how different the word "comment" is in english and in french.

Thanks for mentioning the kids... otherwise it would have been a guessing game to figure out who it was, since you didn't sign your name! ;o) Well, I would have had a 1 in 4 shot, anyway.

Stephanie is doing fine -- she's moving next weekend (staying in Columbus, just moving into a new place) so her life is all boxes and newspaper at the moment.

I'm hanging in there... I moved to San Francisco a few months ago and am all settled in nicely. Still working too much for too little pay, but just happy to have a job because so many people don't.

Mom says that she's thinking we'll all get together this summer at her house... I think she's just trying to work out the logistics of where to put everyone. Considering she lives out in the middle of nowhere. To each their own, I suppose -- I'm a city girl to the core.

Even if we don't do a big get-together thing, we are close enough in geography that we should visit at some point. I'm sure the kids don't remember me, and probably wouldn't recognize me even if they did -- that seems to be common among people that have not seen me in a couple years.
